Japanese Beef Curry Rice :)
Japanese curry rice is very popular dish in Japan. I am sharing with you basic Japanese curry rice recipe. 🙂
- 280g (9.8 oz) of beef
- 115g (4.0 oz) of onion
- 75g (2.6 oz) of carrot
- 250g (8.8 oz) of potatoes
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- Pinch of salt and peppers
- 750ml of water
- 4 cubes Japanese curry sauce mix
3 servings. 🙂
↑Cut the vegetables like this.
Cut the beef into cubes and sprinkle salt and peppers. Then spread 1 tablespoon of oil a heated frying pan.
Add some garlic. Cook the beef until light brown color.
Spread 1 tablespoon of oil a heated frying pan. Cook the vegetables for 5 minutes.
Add 750ml water and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the beef. Cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the foam from the surface.
↑I used this Japanese curry sauce mix. This is my favourite. 🙂
Add Japanese curry sauce mix. Cook over very low heat.
Stir until the sauce mix had completely melted. Then cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
You can use any meat or seafood. 🙂
