Sushi Roll :)
Today, I am sharing with you Sushi roll. Sushi is one of my favourite Japanese foods. 🙂
- 2 cups of Japanese rice
- 2 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 and half tablespoon of sugar
- Half teaspoon of salt
- Seaweed (Nori)
- Imitation crab
- Flying fish roe
Prepare sushi vinegar by mixing rice vinegar and sugar, salt. You can use if you buy some sushi vinegar (I used sushi vinegar on the right. That is awesome!).
Sprinkle the vinegar mixture over the rice and mix quickly.
↑ Like this. And cool the rice down.
Prepare sushi fillings. Slice some avocado and cucumber, imitation crab. I usually using some samon but I coudn’t find this time. 🙁
On a bamboo mat put wrap and spread sushi rice. Then add put seaweed (nori) and some sushi fillings, some mayonnaise.
Roll the bamboo mat forward, pressing the ingredients inside.
Slowly to open the bamboo mat and wrap. Slice sushi roll and put some flying fish roe.
Yummy!! You can use your favourite fillings. 🙂
