Matcha Tiramisu :)
Today, I am going to share with you Matcha tiramisu recipe. 🙂
- 250g (8.8 oz) of mascarpone
- Sponge fingers ( I used 11 sponge fingers this time)
- 2 medium egg yolks
- 2 medium egg whites
- 30g (1.0 oz) of sugar
- 3 teaspoon of Matcha
- 150ml of boiled water
150ml of boiled water and add 3 teaspoon of Matcha.
Mixing 250g (8.8 oz) of mascarpone and 20g (0.7 oz) of sugar. Then add 2 medium egg yolks.
Mixing until smooth.
Whipping 2 medium egg whites and 10g (0.3 oz) of sugar.
Mixing the mascarpone cream and egg whites whip.
Soak the sponge finger quickly.
Place the sponge fingers.
Put the mascarpone cream on top of sponge fingers. And then repeat with another soaked sponge fingers and mascarpone cream.
Sprinkle the Matcha on top. Then Matcha tiramisu into the fridge for 2 hours.
