Fried Chicken With Vinegar Sauce :)

Today, I am going to share with you fried chicken with vinegar sauce. This is one of my favourite sauces. 🙂

 

  • 200g (7.0 oz) of chicken
  • 1 or 2 tablespoon of cornstarch

 

Vinegar sauce 

  • 30g (1.0 oz) of onion
  • 10g (0.3 oz) of green onion
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of sake
  • 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of grated garlic

 

2 servings. 🙂

Mixed all seasonings.

Add minced onions and green onions.

Sprinkle and coat some cornstarch.

170°C (340°F) deep fry  for about 7  minutes (until brown color).

Sprinkle vinegar sauce.

Very yummy sauce! Please try it. 🙂
