Today, I am going to share with you Hanpen recipe. Hanpen is solidified paste made with minced fish, yam and starch. Hanpen is low calorie, low fat, hight protein, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and dietary fiber. Very healthy and yummy food. 🙂
- 1 hanpen
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 tablespoon of Panko
- Pinch of salt
- ketchup ←(If you need)
- mustard ←(If you need)

↑Cut the Hanpen and cut the inside carefully. Then put some cheese inside.
Cover it with flour and dip it in beaten egg. Then coat with Panko.
Spread 1 tablespoon of oil a heated frying pan.
Cook both sides for 2 or 3 minutes until light brown color.
Sprinkle pinch of salt (Or dip some ketchup and mustard). Very tasty Hanpen Cheese. Please try it. 🙂
