Japanese omelet is one of the most popular Japanese cuisines. I like sweet Japanese omelet. 🙂
- 2 medium eggs
- green onions (If you like)
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- pinch of salt
Beat the eggs lightly with chopsticks. Mush up the yolk and beat lightly that is does not become foamy and then add sugar and solt and green onions.
