Today, I am sharing with you Shabu-Shabu fresh spring rolls.
“Shabu-Shabu” means very thinly sliced meat is cooked in a hot-pot full of boiling soup stock. The meat is cooked by gently dipping and waving it around in the soup stock with chopsticks.
- 270g (9.5 oz) of pork loin (very thinly sliced)
- 1 cucumber
- 20g (0.7 oz) of glass noodles
- 3 rice paper
- 1 tablespoon of sake
- Sesame dressing
3 servings. 🙂
↑Cut cucumbers like this.
Add sake in the boiling water and cook pork slices for 10 seconds.
Rice paper dipped in water until soft.
Place the rice paper on a wet cloth, put ingredients in the center of rice paper.
Fold both sides of rice paper, keep everything tight and roll up to the forward (Like a Burrito).
↑I used this sesame dressing.
Very fresh, healthy and delicious. Please try it. 🙂
