Today, I am going to share with you “Shabu-Shabu salad” recipe. This salad is very healthy, tasty and my favourite. 🙂
- 280g (9.8 oz) of pork loin (very thinly sliced)
- 100g (3.5 oz) of cucumber
- 70g (2.4 oz) of cabbage
- 5g (0.17 oz) of shiso (Japanese herb) ←If you like.
- 1 tablespoon of sake
- Sesame dressing
2 or 3 servings. 🙂
Cut the vegetables into strips.
Mixing all vegetables.
Add 1 tablespoon of sake in the boiling water. And cook the pork for 10 seconds.
Dry the pork with paper towels and placed the pork until cool down.
Stir together all ingredients.
Pour the sesame dressing on top. Hope you like it. 🙂
