Today, I am going to share with you Shogayaki recipe.
Shogayaki = Ginger Pork Stir-fry.
- 320g (11.2 oz) of sliced pork loin
- 60g (2.1 oz) of onions
- 2 teaspoon of honey
- 2 tablespoon of mirin
- 2 tablespoon of sake
- 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
2 servings. 🙂
Mixing all seasonings.
Sliced the onions.
Spread 1 tablespoon of oil a heated frying pan. Cook medium heat for about 5 or 7 minutes.

Cook both sides for about 5 or 7 minutes.
