Today, I am going to share with you Stuffed Peppers. 🙂
The stuffed peppers are made by cutting peppers lengthwise in half, stuffing the halves with beef or pork mixture, and then baking them.
- 200g (7.0 oz) of ground (minced) pork
- 60g (2.1 oz) of onions
- 140g (4.9 oz) of Japanese green peppers
- 1 beaten egg
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon of panko (bread crumbs)
- Cornstarch
↓Sauce
- 1 teaspoon of mayonaise
- 1 teaspoon of ketchup
- 1 teaspoon of okonomi sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of mustard
2 or 3 servings. 🙂
Chopped the onions. Then mix pork, onions, beaten egg, nutmeg, panko (bread crumbs) and pinch of salt and peppers.
Mixing for about 2 minutes.
This is Japanese peppers.
Cut the peppers like this. Then sprinkle the inside of the peppers with some cornstarch.
Stuffed peppers with pork mixture.
Spread 1 tablespoon of oil a heated frying pan. Cook it in a middle heat and put a cover on the frying pan. Cook for about 7 minutes.
Then cook another side for 5 minutes.
