Today, I am going to share with you Teriyaki Chicken.
- 320g (11.2 oz) of chicken
- 2 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of mirin
- 1 teaspoon of sake
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 servings. 🙂
Cut the chicken then coat some cornstarch.
Spread 1 tablespoon of oil a heated frying pan. Cook the chicken for about 7 minutes.
Mixed all seasonings.
Add seasonings and cook for 2 minutes.
