Teriyaki Fish :)

Today, I am sharing Teriyaki fish. Teriyaki sauce is very tasty and very easily.


  • 2 yellowtail filet
  • Pinch of salt


 Teriyaki sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of mirin
  • 1 tablespoon of sake
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger


2 servings. 🙂

Mixed all seasonings.

Sprinkle pinch of salt both sides. Wait for 5 minutes then dry the fish with paper towel.

Spread 1 tablespoon of oil a heated frying pan. Cook it in a middle heat and put a cover on the frying pan. Cook for 5 minutes.

Cook both sides. Until light brown color.

Add Teriyaki sauce. Cook low heat for 5 minutes. Pour the sauce several times over the fish.

You can use meat with Teriyaki sauce if you don’t like any fish. Please try it. 🙂
