Tofu Pancakes :)

Today, I am going to share with you “Tofu” pancakes recipe. 🙂

 

  • 200g (7.0 oz) of Tofu
  • 150g (5.2 oz) of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder 
  • 1 egg
  • 70ml of soy milk 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extra 
  • Pinch of salt

 

2 servings. 🙂

Mixing flour, baking powder and pinch of salt.

Add Tofu, egg and soy milk.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extra and mixing all.

Spread 1 tablespoon of oil a heated frying pan. Cook it in a middle heat and put a cover on the frying pan. Cook for 4 or 5 minutes.

Cook other side for about 2 minutes.

Surprisingly, these taste like your normal, everyday pancakes.  But because they are made with Tofu, they are more healthy! 🙂
